Microbial Composting CultureMicrobial cultures (or bio cultures) are blends of beneficial microorganisms—such as bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes—that jump-start the composting process. 

• Rapid Decomposition: These cultures can reduce composting time from several months to as little as 15–20 days.
• Odor & Pest Control: Specialized bacteria neutralize unpleasant smells (like ammonia) and reduce the attraction of flies and rodents.
• Types: Available in powder, liquid, or granular forms, these cultures often include thermophilic (heat-loving) strains that kill pathogens and weed seeds by maintaining high internal temperatures (up to 70°C).
• Applications: They are widely used in home kitchen bins, apartment-scale systems, and large municipal solid waste (MSW) sites.
